Privacy Policy

We collect information when you choose to send it:

• Enquiry forms. Your name, business email, company name, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Discovery call bookings. Your name, email, the type of business you run, any notes you add, and the time slot you pick.
• Guide and playbook downloads. The email address you enter to receive the document.
• Chat assistant. The messages you type into the chat widget, so the conversation can continue and so we can improve the answers. Please do not paste confidential financial records into it.

When you submit a form we record the IP address and browser user agent that the request came from. We use this to rate limit submissions and block automated abuse, not to build a profile of you.

We use PostHog for website analytics. It records page views, scroll depth, clicks and form submissions, and session recordings of how pages are used. All text you type into form fields is masked in those recordings, so we see that a field was filled, not what you put in it. Analytics data is kept in your browser's local storage. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or retargeting.

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
• To send the specific document or information you asked for.
• To provide services if you become a client.
• To keep the website secure and working, including abuse prevention.
• To understand which pages and articles are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of service providers who handle data on our behalf: Convex for our database, Vercel for website hosting, Resend for sending email, and PostHog for analytics. They process the data to provide their service to us and for no other purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and then for as long as legal, tax, and accounting obligations require. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

• Ask us what we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it, where we are not legally required to keep it.
• Tell us to stop emailing you at any time, by replying to any email or writing to the address below.
• Turn off analytics by enabling your browser's Do Not Track or blocking analytics scripts. The site works normally either way.

Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights. Write to us and we will honour them.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and held with the providers named above, with access limited to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive financial documents through the website forms or the chat widget. We will tell you a secure way to share them.

This is a website for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
